A therapeutic community that encourages Christian discipleship and the development of recovery attitudes and personal accountability

Through a unique Christ-centered approach and specialized curriculum, we have developed over the past 30 years a program that focuses on addiction as a lifestyle related health problem with biological, psychological, sociological, and spiritual dimensions. Our program helps return men and women to a path of productivity, prosperity, and happiness, back to their families, jobs, churches, and communities. We carefully balance counseling, spirituality, and education using these proven techniques to address the whole person. Through Christ and Christian love, a broken relationship with God, family, friends, and others is restored and the biological, psychological, and social issues are addressed utilizing best practices of the addiction profession and biblical counseling. The ministry of Penfield is rooted in the belief that recovery from the addictive use of alcohol and drugs can be achieved through a personal faith in Jesus Christ.
